All eligible submissions are reviewed through a multi-stage, peer-driven evaluation process designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and academic integrity.
The Best Paper Award recognizes a research paper that demonstrates exceptional originality, methodological rigor, and significant contribution to the field. This award highlights work that advances knowledge, practice, or innovation at a high scholarly standard.
The paper must be accepted and presented at the conference
At least one author must be registered for the conference
The paper must comply with submission guidelines and ethical standards
Each paper is evaluated on the following dimensions:
1.Originality & Novel Contribution
Introduces new concepts, models, frameworks, or findings
Advances existing research or addresses unresolved challenges
2. Research Methodology & Technical Rigor
Appropriateness and soundness of methods used
Quality of data, experiments, simulations, or proofs
3. Depth of Analysis & Results
Strength and clarity of analysis
Validity, reproducibility, and interpretation of results
4. Relevance to Conference Theme
Alignment with conference topics and objectives
Practical or theoretical significance to the community
5. Clarity, Structure & Presentation of the Paper
Logical organization, academic writing quality
Effective use of figures, tables, and references
6. Impact & Future Potential
Potential to influence future research, applications, or policy
Scalability, adoption, or follow-on work potential
The Best Presentation Award honors presenters who demonstrate excellence in communicating research or innovation, combining strong technical content with effective delivery and audience engagement.
The presentation must be delivered live during the conference
The presenter must adhere to time and format guidelines
Both oral and poster presentations are eligible (if applicable)
Presentations are assessed using the following parameters:
1. Content Accuracy & Technical Depth
Correctness and completeness of the presented material
Appropriate depth for the intended audience
2. Clarity of Explanation
Ability to clearly explain complex concepts
Logical progression from problem to solution and results
3. Structure & Time Management
Well-organized flow of content
Effective use of allotted presentation time
4. Visual Design & Supporting Materials
Quality, readability, and relevance of slides or posters
Effective use of visuals, diagrams, and examples
6. Delivery & Communication Skills
Confidence, voice clarity, and professional demeanor
Engagement with the audience and responsiveness to questions
Audience Impact & Engagement
Ability to capture interest and encourage discussion
Overall effectiveness in knowledge transfer
All submissions undergo initial screening for eligibility and compliance
Eligible submissions are evaluated by independent expert reviewers
Final decisions are made based on aggregate scores and qualitative assessment
Reviewers follow strict confidentiality and conflict-of-interest policies
The evaluation process is objective, unbiased, and merit-based
Reviewer identities and individual scores remain confidential
The Awards Committee’s decision is final and binding
Award recipients will receive:
